Potato and Leek Soup

I’m such a big believer about putting the energy out that you want to receive. I always tell people to ask for what you want. My favorite phrase is “Ask not have not”.

Today as I was binge watching Grey’s Anatomy one of the characters mentioned potato and leek soup. Those who know me KNOW I’ve been obsessed with the soup for some time now, and my new favorite is potato and leek soup. So when I heard it mentioned I giggled and thought to myself “Wouldn’t it be funny if they served this today.”

Thinking nothing more of it, when I went down to the cafeteria I was almost FLOORED when I saw a big steamy pot of potato and leek soup just for me!!!!

This was an affirmation for me that the universe is working in my favor!!!! Enjoy the subtle signs.

Morning Meditation

Setting the tone for your day is so important.

I too am a late riser, however after all the hustle and bustle of the morning I like to take a moment to meditate. Even if it’s just 5 minutes at my desk holding one of my favorite crystals.
