The words I Am are the most powerful run the English language. When you speak these words of positivity into your day you will be surprised at what the universe offers you.
Every morning (well those perfect mornings when I don’t miss my alarms) I start with positive affirmations. I tell myself “Today will be a great day” and I roll my ass out of bed to get started!
Before I get myself started I meditate and as get dressed I play my positive affirmations (followed up by the Breakfast Club 😊). I literally have to rev myself up for my day!
Try speaking positive affirmations to yourself!

I am a great friend.
